Love the Children of Rochester is an adoptive family support group made up of families who provide a network of support for each other while working to promote adoption as a positive way of building families.
LTCR was founded in 1982 as a non-profit organization for the three-fold purpose of raising funds to promote the welfare of children, educating the community about adoption issues, and to sponsor social events where adoptive families can come together to learn from each other and where adopted children can meet others who entered their families through adoption as well.
We publish a newsletter that is mailed or e-mailed to our members.
Our annual picnic with Cecelia was, once again, a beautiful day. We had many new arrivals, as well as alot of teenagers there to visit with her.
